Our story

Salter Transportation Inc. is one of New England’s oldest and most respected companies with over fifty years of experience in the student transportation industry, specializing in providing exceptional regular and special needs school bus service.

In addition to school bus transportation, Salter offers professional charter transportation for weddings, adult living centers, daycare centers, recreation departments, youth organizations, religious organizations, businesses, conferences, private parties, and more.

In 2021, Salter Transportation joined the Beacon Mobility family of transportation companies.
